Chelsea Wants Kai Havertz Badly and Plan to Sell 12 Players

It seems not enough just yet for Chelsea and its manager Frank Lampard to bring Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner to Stamford Bridge. More players remain under the radar of Lampard that includes Kai Havertz and Ben Chilwell. Unfortunately, with the competition break for the last three months, the financial matter is not as it used to be. Bringing Ziyech and Werner to Stamford Bridge has cost Chelsea at least GBP 83.5 million for the base transfer fee only. So, players are to be sold to boost the transfer budget with the hope to sign both Chilwell and Havertz.

Reportedly Chelsea is ready to sell 12 of its players in the next summer transfer. Lampard’s way to run Chelsea so far indicates a positive trend that the owner of the club decided to fund Lampard’s hunt for new players. Amidst the big names in the squad list of Chelsea to be prepared for a cash-in are N’Golo Kante, Olivier Giroud, and Jorginho. Kante is the most likely to be sold in the first place over the other two though. More players that may well be leaving Chelsea are Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri. That remains on a clause to the signing of Ben Chilwell though. If that is to happen, Lampard will rely on Cesar Azpilicueta, Reece James, and Ben Chilwell for the left-back.

More names that will probably leave Chelsea in the next transfer include Michy Batshuayi, Tiemou Bakayoko, Ross Barkley, Andreas Christiensen, and Kurt Zouma. They are all available for transfer in the summer transfer window. Meanwhile, both Pedro and Willian will leave the club as well for free to become a free agent at the end of this season. Jorginho and Olivier Giroud are most likely to be the hardest to be sold by Chelsea without reasonable offers from other clubs.

Being one of the players targeted by Chelsea, Bayer Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz fueled the speculation even further. Recently he liked a tweet posted by a Chelsea fan to reply to a tweet by Chelsea’s official account. The tweet from the fan simply orders the club to announce Kai Havertz as if the transfer has been signed and secured. That could only indicate that even Kai Havertz is eager to move to Chelsea in the next transfer window of summer. Eventually, it depends on the talk of both clubs whether to seal the deal or not in the future.

It is reported that Bayer Leverkusen demands as much as GBP 100 million for the transfer fee of Kai Havertz to move to Stamford Bridge. That leads to the very reasonable move of Lampard to sell as much as 12 players from the club. The record-breaking transfer fee of Hazard may not be enough anymore to fund that GBP 100 million transfer fee. Even with the additions of funds from the transfer of Alvaro Morata and Mario Pasalic, there will still be more money needed to bring both Havertz and Chilwell to the club. It is interesting to see what will happen because the owner of Chelsea is known to spend a lot of money on new players. judibolaterbaik

Frank Lampard Has Landed the Man He Wants at Chelsea

Timo Werner has been officially signed to The Blues Chelsea after the deal was secured recently. The current striker of Red Bull Leipzig has been the interest of Chelsea manager Frank Lampard. Along with the success in bringing in Hakim Ziyech from Ajax previously, Lampard has made amendments for the transfer flop in the previous windows. Timo Werner is his second successful signing of a player that he wanted so badly to join the team. The failure to sign Dries Mertens and Edinson Cavani in the previous winter transfer eventually led to the recent transfer successes of Ziyech and Werner.

It has been confirmed officially by Chelsea that an amount of GBP 47.5 million of the transfer fee is Werner’s worth at the moment. That transfer fee is to secure a five-year contract deal with Werner’s weekly salary is reportedly close to GBP 180,000. Manchester United and Liverpool were also targeting Werner alongside Chelsea for the summer transfer. Unfortunately, both of them failed to secure the signature of Werner for the Red Bull Leipzig striker decided to go to Stamford Bridge instead of Old Trafford or Anfield. Kai Havertz may well be the next signing secured by Chelsea under Lampard. maxbetsbobet

The staggering transfer fee of GBP 47.5 million for the 24-year old player from Stuttgart is nothing but reasonable. So far this season he has scored a total of 32 goals throughout all competitions where Red Bull Leipzig is attending. That includes an outstanding performance with 4 goals and 2 assists so far. More importantly, Red Bull Leipzig is amidst the clubs that already secured their spots in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. Werner can add more goals and assists under his name this season both in the international stage and the domestic competition.

Timo Werner has stated that he is delighted with the move to Chelsea following his career with Red Bull Leipzig so far. He thanked Red Bull Leipzig as the club that eventually helped him to open the road in joining a great team like Chelsea. He certainly hopes to end this season with Red Bull Leipzig in the best state possible. Winning the Champions League remains a possibility which will be a great experience and morale boost for him. Unfortunately, it is a bit difficult for him to win the Bundesliga with Red Bull Leipzig with 13 points gap to Bayern Munich on top.

Marina Granovskaia, Chelsea chief is another highly excited person with the secured deal of Timo Werner beside Frank Lampard. Undoubtedly Werner is currently a player under the watch of many great clubs from Europe. Being able to bring him to Chelsea is a promising future for both Werner and Chelsea to reach the top in many competitions ahead. Lampard will have more options in terms of the attacking side of Chelsea with the addition of Werner to the team. Moreover, Werner will greatly help to take the weight off a bit of Tammy Abraham. It is interesting to see how Chelsea performs in the future with Werner around.
